For our 24-Hour Monitoring we maintain a weekly rotation of on call staff that receive notifications from the monitoring system for critical system issues. Notifications that are not responded to, escalate to the rest of the on-call team members until they are acknowledged and resolved. This also includes access to our after-hours support voicemail service that follows the same escalation routine.
Network monitoring package that we offer are as follows:
- Business Hours Monitoring Support only ($50 a month) – Monitoring of all critical network devices and systems with alerting and response during the hours of 8am to 5pm. Our standard hourly rate applies.
- 24 Hour Monitoring Support ($250 a month) - Monitoring of all critical network devices and systems with 24hr/365 alerting and response. The first two hours of afterhours support per month included
